How to live a sustainably
good life?
The story of sustainably good living starts with an e—empowerment, equality, equity, and continues with a c—connection, community, capability, consciousness, caring.
The plot includes a lot of movement, with direction. F stands for fitness and friendship, s for skills.
In the beginning and in the end, there are people. People of all ages, gender, socio-economic situations, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, with their dreams, hopes, challenges and disappointments.
All having a common goal, to live a good life.
The purpose of the story is to empower everyone across generations to make it, sustainably.
And to ensure that especially those who are more vulnerable, for a reason or another, have the opportunity.
Sustainably good life is about being fit and well, being well informed, skilled and able to navigate in society, to connect with diverse people, and to find meaningful communities to belong to, to feel accepted and valued.
Building sustainably good living is strongly a participatory process, where our individual stories intertwine with those of others. While we aim to build a good life for ourselves, we also strive to ensure that others can do the same.
Therefore, sustainably good living is about personal gain—finding, receiving, and growing—but it is equally about giving, sharing, and offering support, each of us at the level we are able.
In our work, we focus on providing opportunities to learn, adopt, and enjoy a physically active lifestyle that is ecologically and socially responsible.
At the heart is social inclusion: enabling everyone to find their people, their place, and their value.
